报告人简介：Dr. Wuyi Yue received her B.Eng. degree in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University, China, and the M.Eng. and Dr.Eng. degrees in applied mathematics and physics from Kyoto University, Japan. Dr. Yue is currently a professor at the faculty of Intelligence and Informatics and Head of the Department of Intelligent Systems and Informatics, the graduate school of Natural Science, Konan University, Japan. She was also Dean of the faculty of Intelligence and Informatics, Konan University, Dean of the graduate school of Natural Science, the director of Institute of Intelligent Information and Communications Technology, Konan University, Japan. Dr. Yue is a fellow of the Operations Research Society of Japan, a senior number of IEICE of Japan, a member of the IEEE, the System Engineers Society of China, and the Operations Research Society of China, International Society for Mathematical Sciences of Japan, Kansai branch chief of the Operations Research Society of Japan. Dr. Yue’s research interests include queueing theory, stochastic processes and optimal methods as applied to system modeling, performance analysis and evaluation, performance optimizations and optimal resource allocation, stochastic systems, information systems, systems engineering, economic analysis and evaluation, operations research, and Markov process. Dr. Yue has served at plural international conferences and symposiums as chair (co-chair) or member of the organizing committee, the technical program committee, the steering committee, the program committee and the local committee. Dr. Yue is also on the editorial board of Journal of Industrial and Management Optimization, Journal of International Association of Engineers, Journal of Nonlinear Dynamics and Systems Theory, Journal of Dynamics of Continuous, Discrete and Impulsive Systems, International Journal of Operations Research, International Journal of Nonlinear Dynamics and Systems Theory, International Journal of Knowledge and Systems Science, etc.

Dr. Yue is an author, a co-author or an editor of 14 monographs published by Springer, Kluwer Academic Publishers and other Publishers, and more than 300 refereed papers published in international journals and international conference proceedings such as IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, Journal of Computer and Communication, Journal of International Transactions in Operational Research, European Journal of Operational Research, Transportation Research Part D: Transport and Environment, Journal of Telecommunication Systems, IEICE Transactions on Communications, IEICE Transactions on Fundamentals of Electronics, Communications and Computer Sciences, Journal of Optimization and Engineering, Journal of Industrial and Management Optimization, Journal Annals of Operations, Research, Technological Forecasting and Social Change and other top international journals in the related fields.
